14 DAYS SATISFACTION GUARANTEED RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Elecorange's return policy enables you to return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment. The return requests are processed through the authorization channel. It is important to note that the cost of express shipping is non-refundable.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn, unused, and the bike should have fewer than ten (10) miles on the odometer. It must be free from any signs of wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or other indications of use. Additionally, the return must include all the items that were originally inside the box, such as the charger, keys, hardware, and any other accessories.

For returns requested beyond the initial 14-day period, the return itself may not be accepted. However, Elecorange may offer the option of exchanging the product for a new one or providing a partial refund. Please note that the specific terms and conditions for exchanges and partial refunds will be determined by Elecorange.

When issuing a refund for non-defective products or products that are no longer needed, we reserve the right to deduct a shipping fee or restocking fee. All returns will embody a 10% restocking fee and the shipping fee of $150 per bike at one’s own expense.( For non-quality issues This deduction helps cover the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the product.

Elecorange is not responsible for lost packages resulting from issues with the carrier or for products that cannot be verified upon receipt. If a received product is damaged and it is determined that the damage was caused by the end user, the return request may be denied. It is important to handle and use the products with care to ensure a smooth return process.

 

WARRANTY FOR QUALITY-RELATED ISSUES

We take care of all quality-related issues with a replacement/replacement part.

Reminder: Be sure to use your product as directed.

1. 14-Days Money Back: Within 14 days of the date of purchase, return your undamaged/unused Elecorange product to receive a refund.

2. 1-year Warranty: We offer 1-year warranty for the bike and battery. 

3. 180-day Warranty: We offer 180-day warranty for the electric scooters. 

 

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

Frame

Elecorange Ebike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 1 years.

The warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges to change over parts to replacement frame are not included. Changeover labor must be performed by an authorized Elecorange employee

Elecorange reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of Elecorange.

Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:

Corrosion
Paint fade, scratches, impact marks
Impact damage
Nonreversible modification (drilling/welding)
Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable

Batteries

Elecorange batteries are covered by a 1-year prorated warranty.

For 1 years of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on original purchase date.
After the first 1 years of service – A prorated credit, based on months of service, will be applied toward the purchase of a new battery. Batteries purchased at pro-rated cost will have a new 1 year warranty based on the pro-rated purchase date.

No cash reimbursement will be made.

Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by Elecorange only.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  1. Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
  2. Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Elecorange;
  3. Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible;
  4. Ordinary wear and tear;
  5. Defects or damage to the products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Elecorange with the Products;
  6. Defects or damage caused by assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual;
  7. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse or improper use of any electrical source;
  8. Products used or purchased outside the United States.
  9. In addition, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage;
    • Caused by charging by a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery or the improper use of a battery charger;
    • Where any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering;
    • Where the battery has been used in equipment other than the bike for which it is specified;
    • The corresponding issues on battery and e-bike will not be covered by the warranty after using a battery that is not specific to your e-bike model. We do not recommend that you use a battery of other brands on Elecorange e-bikes. Although the output voltage of the other's battery may also be 48V, the battery protection system may not be the same, and there may be incompatibilities leading to damage to our motors and displays.

Parts & Components

Original Elecorange parts and components are covered by warranty. (If more than 14 days have passed since the date of receipt of the bike, the replacement of parts within the warranty period will require shipping costs.)

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  1. Parts compromised by corrosion due to exposure to the elements (moisture, heat, etc.);
  2. Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product;
  3. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover;
  4. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
  5. Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by Elecorange;
  6. Products with the serial number or bar-code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;
  7. Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Elecorange for the Products;
  8. Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from the Assembly Instructions or Owner's Manual;
  9. Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source.
  10. Ordinary wear and tear not resulting from defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by Elecorange. 

 

CLAIM PROCESS

Warranty Claims

  1. To initiate the warranty process, you must contact and inform the customer service of Elecorange support@elecorange.com. We may request you to show the proof of purchase and the most detailed description possible about the issue and photo and/or video materials if possible. Please note that before the issue is completely resolved, you should stop using the product(s) for your safety.
  2. Customer service of Elecorange will work with you on the problem with your product(s) to identify potential resolutions. Depending on your situation, possible remedies may be: we guide you to perform simple fixes by yourself; we lead you to one of the official service points; we allow you to use a professional bicycle workshop of your choice and reimburse the repair costs incurred; or we transport the product(s) back to Elecorange for handling. We will instruct you regarding the procedure. The defective component will be replaced with another original component or with another equivalent component. If necessary, you or the professional bicycle workshop of your choice will be provided with the replacement component.
  3. Please note that you should always contact Elecorange for warranty claim and get a prior notification and authorization from us before taking further action. Unauthorized repairs hinder our ability to review the defect and decide whether it falls under the warranty. The warranty may be void if you or third-party attempt to repair the product(s) without a prior notification and authorization from Elecorange.

Shipping Damage:

  • Damage to covered components during shipping is not covered by this Limited Warranty, but Elecorange will replace such damaged covered components if you: In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please:
  • Take note of any immediately recognizable damage on the shipper's Bill of Lading Prior to signing off on the shipment
  • Keep all original packaging and paperwork included with the ebike
  • Contact support@elecorange.com and provide us with a photo or video of the damage.
  • Free accessories are not included in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.
  • NOTICE: We will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.
  • Shipping damage claims are very time sensitive and it is your responsibility to immediately inspect the ebike for damage upon receipt.
  • If you choose to set up your own independent shipping methods, such as the use of a freight forwarder or other similar service, Elecorange will not replace any Covered Components damaged during such shipping method.

 

IMPORTANT HINT

  • LIKE ANY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, RIDING A BICYCLE/SCOOTER MAY CAUSE MINOR OR MAJOR INJURIES OR DISCOMFORT AND MAY WORSEN OR COMPLICATE UNDERLYING MEDICAL CONDITIONS OR DISEASES. BY CHOOSING TO RIDE AN ELECORANGE BICYCLE/SCOOTER, CLIENT ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITIES AND RISKS FOR ALL SUCH INJURIES OR OTHER MEDICAL CONDITIONS.
  • CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT OPERATING THE BICYCLE/SCOOTER HAS INHERENT RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TRAFFIC CONDITIONS, WEATHER CONDITIONS, ROAD AND SIDEWALK CONDITIONS, NATURAL AND UNNATURAL OBJECTS AND OBSTACLES, IMPACT OR COLLISION, AND NEGLIGENCE OF OTHERS. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT LIMITS ITS LIABILITY AS PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION. CLIENT SHALL INDEMNIFY AGAINST, AND SHALL HOLD HARMLESS FROM ALL COSTS, EXPENSES, AND LIABILITIES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY CLAIMS BY CLIENT OR ANY THIRD PARTY ARISING OUT OF CLIENT’S USE OF THE BICYCLE/SCOOTER. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, THE CLIENT ASSUMES ALL RISK AND LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY INCLUDING DEATH TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY OF THE CLIENT OR OTHERS ARISING OUT OF THE BICYCLE/SCOOTER POSSESSION, USE, OPERATION, OR CARE AND CONTROL OF THE BICYCLE/SCOOTER BY THE CLIENT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL MEDICAL COSTS AND FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC LOSSES.
